Per gli enti locali il Piano della Performance è unificato nel Piano Esecutivo di Gestione (PEG), come disposto dall’art. 169 comma 3-bis del Decreto Legislativo n. 267/2000, e prende spunto dai principi di cui al Decreto Legislativo n. 150 del 27/10/2009 in materia di ottimizzazione della produttività del lavoro pubblico e di efficienza e trasparenza delle pubbliche amministrazioni.
Nel PEG gli obiettivi strategici contenuti nel Documento Unico di Programmazione vengono declinati in obiettivi gestionali, misurabili attraverso indicatori finalizzati al monitoraggio dei risultati raggiunti, specificando le strutture organizzative responsabili della loro realizzazione.
